Lakshman Jhula
Lakshman Jhula is a well-known iron bridge, suspended above the mighty Ganges river. It is about 450 feet long and was built in 1929. The bridge connects the two neighborhoods of Tehri and Pauri.
Ram Jhula
It is an iron suspension bridge over the Ganges River, located 3 kilometers northeast of Rishikesh. The bridge connects the Sivananda Nagar area of Muni Ki Reti in the Tehri Garhwal district in Swargashram in the Pauri Garhwal district which crosses the river from west to east.
Neelkanth Mahadev Temple
The temple of Neelkanth is one of the most known shrines for the Hindus. The temple is a short distance (12 km) and can also be reached from Rishikesh.
The road leading to this temple is surrounded by lush green hills and rivers providing some of the most beautiful local natural attractions.
Many pilgrims come to this temple following a trek of about 4 hours from Rishikesh.
